The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks"). Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose.

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. We offer a 14-day free trial to new users. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user, you agree not to: systematically retrieve data without permission; trick or defraud users; circumvent security features; disparage us or the Services; use information to harass others; misuse support services; violate applicable laws; engage in unauthorized framing; upload viruses or malware; use automated systems like bots; delete copyright notices; impersonate others; interfere with the Services; harass our employees; attempt to bypass security measures; copy or adapt our software; reverse engineer our software; use buying agents; collect user information without permission; use the Services to compete with us; advertise goods and services; sell or transfer your profile.

The Services may allow you to create, submit, post, display, transmit, or broadcast content ("Contributions"). You represent that your Contributions do not infringe any third-party rights, are not false or misleading, are not obscene or harmful, and do not violate any applicable law.

By posting Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, and exploit your Contributions for any purpose. We do not assert ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership.

You may link your account with third-party service providers ("Third-Party Account"). We may access and store content from your Third-Party Account ("Social Network Content"). You can deactivate the connection at any time.

The Services may contain links to Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites or Content. You access them at your own risk.

We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action, restrict access to Contributions, remove excessive files, and manage the Services to protect our rights.

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. The Services are hosted in the United States.

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to any person for any reason without notice. We may terminate your account and delete any content at any time without warning.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times.

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Parties agree to first attempt informal negotiations for at least thirty (30) days. If unable to resolve, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Washington. No class actions. Disputes must be commenced within one (1) year.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services at any time.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR $100.00 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising from your Contributions, use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, violation of third-party rights, or harmful acts toward other users.

We will maintain certain data you transmit for managing the Services. You are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of data.

Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications.
